As the days get shorter and cooler, Vata’s airy energy amps up — and it can leave us feeling dry, cold, restless, forgetful, anxious, and just plain crazy. Let’s take a break from the whirling to turn inward and heal the body and mind through a series of grounding and stabilizing yin yoga poses that ease the transition through Fall and open our connective tissues. We’ll also use a different essential oil for each pose to influence both our physical and emotional bodies and enact positive change. We will practice together in comfort and discomfort as we open our bodies and calm our minds.
