Hosted by Krissy Regan (Author and Founder of Mindful Mums Queensland) and Karen Orts Ronlund (Author and Clinical Psychologist)

2 Nights Accommodation with all Meals & Activities including; pamper evening, workshops, yoga, walking, chocolate factory tour, relaxation, prizes, giveaways and heaps of fun stuff!

This 2 night retreat is aimed at helping women rest, recharge and reconnect to themselves and like-minded women who wish to unwind, laugh and learn some new skills in 2020.

Spaces are limited to 22 Women.

Friday 23rd:

Arrive for lunch, settle in, welcome and afternoon program including wellness workshops.

Welcome dinner and pamper evening; prizes and giveaways.

Sat 24th:

am: Beach Yoga, forest walk and breakfast.

Wellness workshops, lunch and time at leisure (swim, walk, chill-out etc.)

pm: Dinner and entertainment.

Sun 25th:

am: Beach Yoga, forest walk and breakfast.

Closing workshop and Chocolate Factory Tour including lunch.

pm: Travel home.
