Expert are pretty much in agreement now that when it comes to our health – both mental and physical – it pretty much all begins in the gut.

In fact, the human gut contains 10 times more bacteria than all the human cells in the entire body. Wow. So, you know, it’s no wonder, really, that the gut holds the key to our overall health.
