For the last couple of days, Trisha has been in the news for rumours regarding her marriage with actor Simbu. Neither Simbu nor Trisha has reacted to the speculation yet.

However, Simbu’s manager revealed that the rumours are baseless. In several interviews in the past, Trisha has maintained that Simbu is one of her close friends in life. The duo had worked together in films like Alai and Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya.

Simbu and Trisha were last seen in Gautham Menon’s short film, Karthik Dial Seytha Yenn, which is a continuation to Vinnaithaandi Varuvaya. Gautham Menon revealed that Karthik Dial Seytha Yenn is an excerpt from the sequel to Vinnaithaandi Varuvaya.

He also confessed that he is working on the script of Vinnaithaandi Varuvaya 2. Once the script work is complete, Gautham Menon will narrate the story to Trisha and Simbu to get their approval.
