The hedonistic music and arts festival is going all-out wellness this year, with everything from Qi Gong to tactile clay meditation (don’t worry, we had to Google it too). Elsewhere, you’ll find yoga raves, circuits classes and workshops on everything from breath work to toxic masculinity.
If you do one thing: Head to the Lakeside Spa for wellness treatments and wood-fired hot tubs overlooking the lake. Champagne is optional, but strongly encouraged.

Head to The Zest Spa, where you’ll find a range of restorative treatments and hammocks overlooking the Ox Drove.
