Sweet Basil

While you’re probably familiar with freshly cut or dried basil in the food sense, you might not have considered its use as an essential oil.

Believed to be beneficial to those who suffer from sinuses or allergies, sweet basil essential oil has a sweet and grounding scent which is also spicy and liquorice-like.

Simply add a few drops to a basin of water and inhale gently for 5-10 minutes to clear your airways and help you feel revived and renewed.
