As far as I’m concerned, therapy should be free for anyone and everyone. It’s been years since I started weekly sessions and having that outlet has done wonders for my overall mental health. Still, I have enough common sense to know that it isn’t a miracle cure for completely avoiding bad days. Those definitely still happen.
